As you might have seen in this post I'm currently making a documentary about the future of food and the social aspects of our food culture.
I make weekly blog/vlog posts on Steemit to provide some insight into the project.
In this video I talk about why I started adding Caffeine and L-theanine to my shakes and what kind of effect it has on me.
Curious what you guys think and if anybody else has any experience with these additives to the shake.
