What do you think of the new vanilla shake?

Hi guys, we're currently testing with a new Vanilla flavour. We do understand that the current one isn't perfect and we'll keep you posted about the new flavours in this forum and by mail. The new Vanilla will be checked and judged by our testpanel before launching.

The new Forest Fruit will arrive at the start of September, the Coffee shake will arrive end of September/start of October.

We're really looking forward to these new flavours, both are really well received by the test panel. And our plan is to get Vanilla back on track asap as well!

Hi @Scott_Gross,

Good news! We've tested an updated version of the Vanilla shake and the majority of the panel is positive about flavor, texture and aftertaste

Though it is hard to keep everybody satisfied with a difficult flavor like Vanilla, over 80% of respondents is positive and sees it as an improvement. For us a good enough reason to continue with this update.

I expect that delivery will start somewhere in the second half of October, depending on how fast we sell out our current flavor.

just tried my newest delivery, batch 671 - still NO vanille flavour - pure oaty as it sadly is since months.

@Silver_Fern If you would order Original, yes, you would receive the updated flavor. The Sports and Ligth will be replaced in the upcoming weeks.

is it only me or has the OATY VANILLA shake a quite different taste since ~04/2021 ?
the first delivery with the new packages arrived... same inside / new outside - sadly except the one shake.

i can't reach out to Customer Support Team, since the batch # isn't fully visible.

don't know... it has a kinda subtle taste of mango or rhabarber.

I'm sorry to hear that you've received Oaty Vanilla shakes with a different taste.
Because we had a few customers with the same issue, we've tried to figure out what happened.
It seems to be just one wrong mixed batch, where the vanilla flavour is missing.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I see in your subscription that you receive 5 Oaty Vanilla shakes every month. I will note for you that you will receive 5 free Oaty Vanilla shakes next month. How does that sound?

They are still safe to eat but because they are not as tasty as they should be, you can also throw them away. The next batches of the vanilla flavour you will receive, will not have these problems!

that's very kind from your side, but not necessary...
i already received another round of shakes & the OATY VANILLA is back to normal.
and the service with JAKE i also always totally satisfying.

i slurped all of them... they didn't taste bad, just wrong & i'm still alive - so all good.
