Last few weeks I make my Jakes the day before, put em in the fridge during the night, and then take them ( 2 every day) with me to work. First time I did this was out of accident, I prepared a Jake then my roommate came home with pizza, so I just put it in the fridge. Next day I liked my Jake more, so now I always do it.
Now I was wondering, does this have any influence on the nutritional value of Jake?
If not I recommend doing this, I personally like the texture better ( a bit thicker) and I like the idea of preparing my meals for the next day.
