An interesting read you shared, it deals with a topic that we are constantly working on with our food developers. How to find the right combo of sweeteners/carbs without or with as little as possible side effects. Since a lot of this research is still in the early stage we want to be aware of acting to fast with changes in the formula.
To give an idea what we're working on;
In the next upcoming update we plan to delete Dextrose out of the formula and replace it with Isomaltulose. This will also replace a part of the Maltodextrine. However; completely taking out Maltodextrine doesn't seem to be an option at this point.
Another test is done by replacing Sucralose with Stevia. However, we haven't found the right set-up yet, without a serious (negative) change in how our products taste and feel.
So, it is work in progress! Please keep sharing your thoughts and wishes, but also these kind of interesting reads. It helps us make Jake an even better product!
