Subscription Order | Suspend / On Hold - Reactivation

hi JAKE Team

last Friday (19.06.) i had to/wanted to set my subscription order On Hold, because i still had
some packages from an additional extra order left.
so today i wanted to Recativate my subscription order as it was - with same quantity & flavour.
but the date was set to 19.07.

would it be possible to set the date as this date which the Recativation happen ?
now i had to cancel this subscription order & open the same again.

it's definitely not a big thing to cancel & place the order again, but i can't imagine that lots of customer wanna hold or take a break for exact 1 month.

Next time, simply hit us with an e-mail and we'll arrange it for you. There's no need to cancel and reopen a new subscription.

I've made a note about it and who knows what we can do about it in the future!

I have a related suggestion: subscriptions are now always monthly. Sure, you can pause/unpause subscriptions any time, but it would be so much more convenient if you could pick the period for the subscription yourself.
For example, I'd love to be able to get 80 meals delivered every 75 days.
That way if delivery is a little late, you still have some meals left over from last time as a buffer, but not a crazy amount. A generic system that simply repeats your order every configurable Y amount of days would be ideal, I think. No matter who you are or what habits you have, that should always be a perfect fit.
Right now, to get to anything similar you have to pause/resume in a very specific pattern, or place manual orders every time. Either way I think you guys would prefer knowing exactly when people will order what meals (so you can better tweak your production to match) and being able to do bigger orders at a longer interval will safe on shipping/packing overhead as well (plus it's more convenient for your customers to get a package once every, say, 2 or 3 months rather than once per month - and much cheaper if they live in one of the countries that apply import costs!).

Fortunately, it's already possible to have your subscription delivered every 2 or 3 months! The only thing is that you cannot do it yourself yet. Simply send an e-mail to info@jakefood.com with the changes you'd like to make in your subscription and we'll fix it for you.

Unfortunately it doesn't really help me, as 2 or 3 months would not create the pattern I'm looking for: 2 months is too fast (80 meals in ~60 days), 3 months too slow (80 meals in ~90 days).
Unless it's possible to do e.g. 90 meals every 3 months? (specifically: vitaminbars, which are only packaged per 20, as far as I know...?) Hmm.... Or perhaps 100 every 3 months would not be so bad... I'll think about this and might reach out to info@ later.
Either way: making this kind of information visible on the website will likely help convince more people to subscribe!

That's a good suggestion!

90 meals per 3 months would work! Same as 100 per 3 months.
You can mix your order up as well. If you like 25, 37 or 44 bars, that's fine! A mix of flavours would also be possible. As long as you have at least 20 shakes or 20 bars, it should work out fine.
