Hi Antoine, we have examined batch O046 and have indeed found less finely ground oats to be the culprit. Although not harmful, it's definitely not our intention to provide you with subpar sandy shakes, so we're happy to replace them.
In this regard, could you please get in contact with our customer support (info@jakefood.com) to arrange where the replacement order can be sent to and how to return the leftover pouches so we can examine the product.
