Hello, I made a mistake on my order, and the shipping address is incorrect. I tried the order query tool you can use when looking directly at the order details for that specific order. When I tried to send a message through the query it gave me an error and said it could not send. I've sent emails and messages through other ways but have not had a response yet. It's okay if it takes some time, but I'm just curious if I'm missing an easy fix here. I haven't found another way to do this on the site so far. Is the order query function malfunctioning for anyone else?
