Order #21467 processing since July 26th. No answer from customer service

Hello,

I'd like to know if it has every happaned to you that your order took this long to be shipped out (p.s. I live in Italy ).

I ordered my first Jake meal package on Wednesday 26th. The next day I asked the customer service how the "refer a friend" thing works and the guy reply to me in less than 30 minutes, helpful and fast, telling me "We will ship your order today from our warehouse". So far nothing happend, my order is still processing and no one replied to my messages in a week. Any help?

I received a message the next day I posted this one. They explained me what happened and I judge it just an unlucky chain of events that made my messages go unread. Everything's good now!
