I'll respond on behalf of Jake. We've had some changes in the organisation and we haven't been able to change the moderator function of Talk Jake somehow. Working on fixing it asap!
Vera is one of our new customer service employees and she will start with the Talk Jake forum. Hopfully we've set things up within days. Sorry for the confusion.
For now, emailing to info@jakefood.com for urgent questions is the best way to go!
