Hi @swamiatma, thanks for the suggestion, this is definitely the place to discuss these ideas! My answer is quite the same as to the suggestion some time ago to create a keto/low carb high fat (LCHF) version of Jake:
A Keto/LCHF Jake is definitely an interesting option for a future Jake. Differentiation can address specific demands for specific populations or even specific variations in line with various diets (i.e. fodmap, IF, keto, etc.).
One of the beauties of the complete food concept is that there are almost infinite possibilities to differentiate. Keto/LCHF is a good option, but currently a very new option as well. Although the results that are coming from the keto dieters are very promising, they're still very early-stage.
We're not currently in the process of developing a Keto Jake bar, but we are tracking the progress the diet is making. You could say that we're in the research phase of R&D. Should we decide to launch such products you will definitely hear about it here.
Please note that we don't intend to produce weight loss products. Although, like with any other kind of food, it is possible to lose weight using Jake.
