Hi, wanted to share my experiences, saw that you asked so here is my review:
I eat Jake every morning for breakfast, almost never skip a day. It helps me to eat something in the morning before going to the office. Can still remember the energy boost after eating my first Jake for breakfast. Compared with coffee and a biscuit, this blew my mind. Jake is the shit, and I can only see more people starting to use Jake. It's healthy and easy, which I think is most important in the morning.
My opinion of the flavours:
The classic Vanilla flavour is what made me a Jake fan about a year ago and it is still my favorite. I love how you can play with the taste. I either add cacao powder or cinnamon, depending on how I feel in the morning.
Banana is good, but lumps together a bit. Also, the aftertaste is not great. After adding an espresso and some cacao powder, this is a solid shake, though.
Forest Fruit I don't know what to think about. I do have some so I can switch around when I get bored of the other tastes, but compared with the other flavours, I think it's not as good and it lumps even more than Banana.
Don't think I'll be trying the bars anytime soon. Got a good flow going with the shakes. All in all, I think I eat 70 % Vanilla, 20% Banana and 10% Forest Fruit.
