I've been using Jake for more than a year now, 60 Jake each month, and am feeling great. Looking forward to my Jake at breakfast and lunch each day. Feel healthy, although I don't work out enough, I used to eat out a lot so I feel way better relatively. I had some trouble getting used to Jake, but that passed after the first 5 meals. Do enjoy eating regular dinner with friends and family though, so not thinking about making the switch to an only Jake diet.
Would be great to hear about the experience of other long-term Jake users, if I may name myself so, especially if you almost exclusively eat Jake. Do you look forward to it, how do you feel, any issues, just your experiences.
This topic might be interesting for new Jake users. After telling my cousin about my experiences, she decided to order a sample and now she eats a Jake for breakfast each day!
