Hi @emilitoo, I feel good. Starting the diet I was a mess. Not just because of the transition from carbs to fats, but mostly because I wasn't really on speed about nutrients. I figured that I'd be on LCHF by ditching my main carb sources, but I was actually still eating a lot of carbs regardless (hidden sugars and whatnot).
It took me a while to get a proper keto diet going, the web helps enormously, and now I can say that I feel more energetic, but most of all steadier. Not as many ups and downs, neither in my energy level nor in my weight, which is nice. However, I do feel a bit restricted in the things I can eat. I've recently noticed that a lot of things that are crispy are full of carbs. And I kind of love crispy foods.
A keto complete foods bar would make it easier. Especially because any food-related cravings occur only when I'm actually hungry, when I'm not, I hardly think about (/crave) food at all.
