-------- UPDATE ----------
As soon as I notified Jake that I had these issues, Jake representative Casper reached out to me, sorted out the issue and sent me documentation which proved Fed Ex had made a mistake. Jake also refunded me the $30 Fed Ex was billing me, even though Jake did nothing wrong. I shot Fed Ex additional information regarding the shipment and I believe they are going to drop the fee. I believe this is a unique situation as this hasn't happened to me or anyone else (that I've heard of before).
Don't let it deter you from ordering Jake. I'm training hard for a Triathlon and Jake is my main form of Nutrition. I love this stuff, I feel great all the time. I've slimmed down from 5'7" 165 ish to a lean but strong 157 or so over the last 6 weeks or so. 1 year ago I had about 20% body fat, testing myself the other day I was at about 13%. I'm INCREDIBLY happy with Jake, it's affect on my daily life and the handling of the shipping issue. Being able to focus on training during my lunch period at work vs. preparing and consuming food has been incredibly advantageous for me. Even days I don't train, the extra hour I put in at work saves me time later. Very happy I graduated from Soylent (uses soy protein) to Jake. Also the Soylent was not enough calories. I still occasionally have Coffeeist at breakfast though if I'm running behind.
Hope this helped.

Hey Caiden,
I've had Jake shipped to Florida twice. The first shipment was the 40 servings of Jake Sport. I recieved these VERY quickly in December with no issues. This past shipment I received 80 servings of Jake Original. Unfortunately the process did not go well and I am not happy. I ordered on February 15th, and the shipment did not arrive until March 9th. I was hassled by Fed Ex for two days regarding what was in the shipment. Fed Ex told me "Jake Nutrition should have filed something with the FDA, we do not see it." Either way, I directed Fed Ex to the website. They got me my stuff, however I just opened my mail and I have a $30 bill from Fed Ex. I am not happy.
It says:
U.S. Food and Drug Admin Processing Fee - $20.00
FDA Prior Notice Fee - $10.00
Hopefully Jake will take care of this for me, because I absolutely love Jake. It is like 75% of my diet, but I'm not paying that $30.00.
