Hi everyone! I share here my favorite Jake recipe, hoping more people will do the same 
- Jake Light
- 1 banana
- 1 greek light yogurt (no flavour added)
- 25g chocolate flavoured whey protein
- water
(all this goes in the mixer)
I know it changes calories and macronutrients, but it's one of my goals, the other one being improving the taste (not that I don't like the original one). I'm a fit person, so I like to have control of my nutrition and Jake helps a lot with this.
With the recipe I shared, the overall intake is the following:
Calories (kcal): 800
Carbs (g): 68
Fat (g): 24
Protein (g): 75
It's a bit protein oriented, but I do high intensity workouts daily, so it fits my needs. I eat this for lunch (skipping breakfast), so at dinner I integrate the missing carbs and calories and food variety. If I want to increase carbs I add some oatmeal or corn flakes (not sweetened) to the recipe, which is great for the taste also. Sometimes I use blueberry yogurt, but this only for the taste, it has no nutrition benefits (on the contrary, it has more sugars).
