I don't see myself as a contender here as my contribution isn't funny or really inspiring, but just for the heck of it:
Before I had Jake I used to have a dozen supplements and things to 'complete' my diet. The basis of my diet was pretty standard and clean meals: vegetables, dairy, some meat and a carb source like pasta or rice.
Then I would have a protein shake in the afternoon to add to my daily protein and a dozen of supplements like vitamin D, vitamin B-complex, magnesium, fish oil and ginkgo. I never really liked cooking, but with all these pills and the powder, I felt more like a scientist or a patient.
Now I have Jake and I know I get everything I need. Mostly 1-2 meals per day of Jake and no more supplements. The other meal I just eat what I want to eat - anything. This might be the best thing about it.
