although i come up with those queries, i'm a totally happy customer & only want to share my thoughts.
my coming subscription order normally was on the 13th, but the friendly customer support already placed it
in advance for the 12th. how about to manage the system, that if a subscription order would be on a weekend, the system automatically would know "ah, the current order is on weekend - so it will be set on Friday".
otherwise it would give a small delay. it's not the end of the world, but it would help not going out of stock.
and yes, i know... i also could buy 2 more bags each month.
is it already possible, that the system knows when a placed order has more bags than it's on stock & an
automatically e-mail will be sent to the customer to get in touch with JAKE's customer support ?
same as above, but only if order is on hold - also an automatically e-mail should be send to the customer.
i have changed my credit-card on PayPal a few days ago, but it didn't worked fine. i had an eye on it, because
i was quite sure that the paying won't be done... all went fine.
generally: i guess it would help both sides, that the customer will get an info by e-mail or sms or non of
them (by option), if an order can't be proceed as it should.
