Is it healthy and possible to live on Jake Food only?

The reason I have been thinking about living from a food such as this is because recently I have found myself struggling to eat food, I find that I think to myself it takes so long and I get bored, even when I find that my stomach is rumbling and I'm starving I don't care and I struggle to get food down. I think this is because I recently moved into a different house with my father and I either dislike all the available food options or I find that they are unhealthy foods.

Is it possible to get a smaller sample than 20 Meals (perhaps 10) if I contact Jake and let them know I am hoping to buy Jake Food as a constant but would like to taste it?

From your experiences how does Jake taste? Thanks for all the responses

It's possible to live on Jake. People do it, but I wouldn't recommend it. There's a world of different foods out there to like and whichever diet you get on that's that restrictive, you'll be off before the end of the week. I'm also a lazy person, generally feels like it takes too long to make food while I'm hungry.
I've been using Jake maybe 1 time per day ever since I started using it, and that was probably 4 moths ago, one time I went a whole week eating nothing else but jake and I felt great! When it comes to flavour tho, doesn't matter how good your food tastes, if you only ever have ONE flavour it's gonna get boring real fast.. For now what I enjoy is Jake Oaty Vanilla, Jake Oaty Vanilla with a real banana blended in or the Jake Banana flavour, for me the forest fruit didn't work AT ALL. But as mentioned you should really try the sample box!

I think you can always just try to contact them if you'd only like to try the shakes (instead of the entire starter box). They're really easy about any request in my experience. Regarding taste, I recommend vanilla.

If I may ask, did you move to a different country? Most places should have some healthy foods you like right?

It's not just possible, it's recommended by 100% of the people that are me.
I've been on the stuff for years. I'll eat "the foods of our ancient ancestors" when visiting family perhaps, or restaurant trips, or just when I feel like eating an entire cheesecake that day.

But for the vast majority of times, it's all jake.
I'm healthier than I've ever been. Weight is very stable at 170lb (5'10") so I could benefit from dropping a few more but I'm happy with it for now.

I'd like to reply to this entire post by saying I bought the starter pack, I've drank one Jake and I've never felt so energetic, I'm definitely going to start buying more, perhaps I'll only drink them for breakfast until I have the funds to invest in some more. Very happy with the purchase

Jake is quite cheap IMO, so I'm surprised your normal meals would cost less.
