after 3 weeks on jake light i've experienced some side effects
- liquid retention
- increase of blood pressure (hypertension type i levels).
[i switched to another options (joylent, bertrand) with lower salt (sodium) added (1g/day)].
i don't think it could be generalized.
only that 6g/day is too high for me.
[but... what are the advantages of a high sodium diet?]
