Yesterday I started Jaking and so far so good.
I had my first shake at 6:00, my second one at 12:00, and my last one at 18:00, and all went well.
(Although 2 hours after the second one my stomache started to do a bit strange, but I guess it's just a transition period.)
Today I did the same thing, and took the first one at 6:00.
However, at 10:30 I was hungry again and was able to stretch it to 11:30 before the hunger started to get annoying, so I took it 30 mins early.
Does anyone have the same problem, or a way to prevent this?
I am on Jake light to loose weight. 1500kcal per day should do the trick, but the whole point of starting with Jake was to kill the hunger feeling.
Also I get really tired after about 1.5 hours.
Sometimes so bad that I allmost fall asleep while driving.
