I have started to gym with my buddy, and I would like to see this aswell!
I am abit obese and don't want too much calories, but still want to be able to maintain my muscles. I am currently looking into buying either Whey or BCAA suppliments, I'm not really sure of which I should go with.
Whey has all amino acids, whereas BCAA have 3, but 3 very essential amino acids for muscle building and maintaining.
Does anyone know if I will be affected in a bad way if I take Jake Light 3 times a day and use BCAA suppliment, will I get amino acid deficiency?
EDIT: After reading more about protein and how it works, I must say that 120g protein in a day is kinda much, instead of too low as I thought before.. I weight about 103kg so for me I need just a little more protein, but for non overweight people it's not too little at all!
