You can have Jake whenever and wherever you want. If you’re planning on having Jake multiple times per day, please note the following.
Your body is used to the good and the bad of the foods you’ve been eating up until today. Your digestive system, metabolism, and even your sense of smell have adapted to your diet.
Therefore, we advise to always start with about one meal of Jake every other day. After you’ve had Jake a few times, you can gradually build up your frequency of use.
It's not meant as a disclaimer. We really do mean to help you transition smoothly. Especially the relatively high amount of fibres and protein can be a bit of a burden. Always listen to your body. Glad it worked out though.
