Hi guys, I am a long time user of the vanilla and also now the coconut light shakes.
I use the shakes 1 or 2 times a day and after that normal diner/lunch.
Still even when I eat less calories then I should I get more weight. And one of the things I keep asking myself is the fibers that are in the shakes. Normally when I eat fiber crackers, or salade you will go to the toilet for a perfect sh#t. But for some reason the the jake shakes I am not getting the amount that I hoped I would get.
On the nutrias table I see 7 grams of fiber right? Is that enough?
Keep up the good work, the shakes keep me filled for 4 hours so it works
