I've heard you like feedback, so how about some feedback about feedback (sorry had to). I think it's great that you've opened this place. It's a great way to build community and to learn from your customers. However, in my personal experience, feedback is best collected using forms.
There are many options: polls, surveys, questionnaires, etc. You want to send it either to a (randomly) selected group and give a specific timeframe. Why? First of all, because numbers talk. Second, because it takes away (some) answering bias. People that are really happy or really unhappy about something want to give their opinions, the big middle area which tends to have most people, is relatively quiet.
Also, I'm pretty curious to see some graphs regarding Jake (I really like graphs).
