Can't refer friends

Hey Jakers,

When I click on the link to refer a friend I only get information about refering, but there is no code, and there are no links to refer a friend.

Anyone have the same problem?

Hey @Neodar, great that you want to refer Jake to your friends, much appreciated!

In order to be able to refer Jake, at least one completed order must be linked to your account. Have you already placed an order? If so, it could be that you were not logged in to your account and as a result, you've placed your order as a guest. If this is the case, please let me know your order number and I will link your order to your account.

Otherwise, you might not have been logged in to our website. If you go to your account and then click Referrals, you will find an orange link saying 'Refer a friend here', from where you can share your code through Facebook or email.

I already found out that I needed to place an order first, and have since already referred a friend of mine.

Hey I have the same issue, I placed an order yesterday but I still didn't get my referral number. Should I give you here my order number ?

Hey actually it's working now, I had to wait the order to be shipped. I guess placing the order wasn't enough =)
