Anyone coming up to their first anniversary?

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my account to see that I had passed the first year mark. In fact almost a year and a half now. I feel great and can honestly say I don't seem to have suffered any ill effects.

Anyone else reached the year yet? How do you feel, how is your general health?

Congrats are in place!

I'm about halfway there, doing 1 sometimes 2 Jakes per day. Used to eat some bread or whatever I could grab for breakfast. Anything decent would've been an improvement really. Same weight, more energy in the morning, and I sleep better, which probably has little to do with my breakfast habits.

Well over a year now. I think I've been having Jake since about the start of Jake, as I was already following Soylent (and back then hoping they'd come to Europe ANYTIME NOW) and became aware of Jake when they did their introduction on Reddit.

I think Jake should do something special to celebrate our Jake anniversaries, how about it? I vote YES.

I'm generally pleased with Jake. My health is good, I work out next to being a full-time student with a part-time job and Jake saves me precious time for all that. Haven't had any issues, but what I'd love some additional flavours and on another topic, I'd love to read some more of Jake. Blog posts, articles, videos.
