Watch out, if you look to replace 100% you need to consume all 4 of the sports variant (As they only have about 25% of your daily vitamin requirements at a higher caloric density).
When it comes to taste, I used Jake Original for about 95% of my meals and it started out okayish, went to decent and then to bad (I still blame it on the batches I received as it was such a sudden change with the new delivery).
Try out a caloric intake calculator, put your weight and height in and see how many calories you need each day. Compare it with the amount in the various Jake versions (and don't overdo it, too many calories over your daily needs won't lead to bulking but to you getting fat instead. Of course you need to calculate in calories burned due to sports).
